Tenebris World is a dynamic game that promotes interaction between players from different parts of the world, combining elements of competition and cooperation. To ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone, we establish a set of rules.
⚠ Important: Tenebris World reserves the right to stop disruptive behavior in the game, on the official website or in any other part of the Tenebris World services. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to various consequences, such as: notifications, ban, permanent ban. In specific situations, extra measures may be taken to correct imbalances caused by violations of the rules, including changes to the character's attributes, partial or total removal of its items, or even deletion of the character.
1. Names
a) Offensive Name
Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable.
b) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
c) Unsuitable Name
Names that express religious or political views.
d) Invalid Format
Names that contain part of a sentence, nonsensical letter combinations (e.g. "Ehaushsid"), or are generally badly formatted (e.g. "Ma-th'eus").
e) Inciting Rule Violation
Names that encourage rule breaking, for example: "Bot".
f) Fake Administration
Names that indicate being a part of the Administration or server system (e.g. "Adm", "GM").
2. Statements
a) Offensive Statement
Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
b) Spamming
Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
c) Advertising
Advertising brands, products or services of third parties, or trades for real money. This includes offering to buy/sell Tenebris World items or accounts for real money.
d) Off-Topic Public Statement
Religious, political or unrelated public statements not appropriate to the topic of the channel or board.
e) Disclosing Personal Data of Others
Disclosing personal data of other people.
f) Supporting Rule Violation
Statements that support, incite or announce a violation of the Tenebris World Rules.
g) Destructive Behavior
Using others' names to scam, blocking or monopolizing locations with multiple characters, or abusing game mechanics to disrupt the server or others.
h) Blocking on Protection Zones
Blocking players from exiting protection zones is prohibited.
i) Blocking on Rookgaard
Blocking areas on Rookgaard is prohibited and subject to progressive banishment.
3. Cheating
a) Bug Abuse
Exploiting obvious errors of the game or Tenebris World services.
b) Using Unofficial Software to Play
Manipulating the official client or using external software, including tools that automate actions or run in virtual machines.
c) Multi-clienting
Only one character per person may be online. Masking multi-clienting with fake second users is also prohibited.
d) Using any Automation Method to Play
Any automatic method that controls a character, including spells followed by no human response, is considered cheating.
e) VPS/VPN/Proxies for Runemaking
Using proxy/VPN/VPS services (e.g., ExitLag, NoPing) to stay online for runemaking is prohibited.
4. False Information
a) Pretending to be Staff member
Impersonating Tenebris World staff or claiming unjustified powers.
b) Slandering or Agitating against Tenebris World
Publishing falsehoods about Tenebris World or encouraging boycotts.
c) False Information to Tenebris World
Submitting misleading or intentionally false reports, complaints or support tickets.
d) Threatening Gamemaster
Threats or blackmail against Tenebris World staff will not be tolerated.
e) General False Information
Publishing any false information about Tenebris World or its staff.
5. Legal Issues
a) Hacking
Stealing account data or credentials.
b) Attacking Tenebris World Service
Disrupting or damaging any part of Tenebris World infrastructure, including servers and website.
c) Fraudulent Payment
Use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods will result in a permanent ban.
d) Violating Law or Regulations
Violating any applicable law, the Tenebris World Service Agreement or third-party rights.
6. Gameplay
a) Excessive Player Killing
There is a limit for player killing:
Violating it leads to automatic ban.
Final Notes
Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans, item loss, or character deletion depending on severity. Actions are at Tenebris World's discretion and may occur without prior warning. Rules are subject to change at any time.
